do you shoot nudes?

Yes I do! Maybe you just wanna feel like a piece of art, maybe it’s for a spouse or maybe it’s for some new content? No matter what the reason, our nudity sessions are done tastefully and artistically. Nudity does count as one (1) outfit/look during your session.

what is your privacy policy?

Your privacy and safety is important here. I only share your images with you unless we agree upon a different arrangement. The only people who will see your images is who you choose.

can i bring a friend or my spouse?

I totally understand wanting the comfort of someone that you know there with you. If you’re truly wanting a friend there, we do ask to contact us first. We do ask that no spouses are brought for individual sessions. If you’d like to book a couples session, I’d be more than happy and honored to help you dive into connecting with your spouse on a deeper level through boudoir photography.

how many outfits should i bring? what should i wear?

This is probably one of the most asked questions. I suggest picking out three (3) outfits that you feel the most YOU in. I always suggest to overpack a little as well just in case. We do offer a small (and growing) client closet to supplement your outfits. Wanna just rock a sheet? We can DEFINATELY do something with that don’t worry!! Want to shoot nude? I do that as well and nudity does count as one (1) look/outfit.

Want to wear more than just three (3) outfits during your session? Let me know ahead of time so we can adjust our time to allow more than three (3). There will be a slight price adjustment for the time requested.

is hair and makeup included? do i have to purchase hair and makeup?

Hair and makeup is not included in your session price. I can recommend several makeup artists that I do work with as well.

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR MAKEUP OR PURCHASE THE HAIR AND MAKEUP OPTIONS.

I believe that beauty is not defined by makeup and not all of my clients want makeup. If that’s you, fear not. You’re going to absolutely look incredible no matter what. This is all about you and your self love journey.

where is the studio located?

My home studio space is located in the 77070 Houston area. We are close to Hwy 249. Once your session is booked I will send you the exact address.
I also shoot in other locations locally and can travel as well. Looking for something more adventurous than the studio or maybe you’d prefer to shoot from the comfort of YOUR home. We will go over location selections before you book.

i’ve never done this before, im nervous.

90% of my clients have said the same thing. I myself have been in your shoes as well. Through the magic of boudoir photography I found boundless amounts of self love that I had never imagined I could experience. The same goes for each human who steps in front of my camera. I’m here to ease your every fear every step of the way. Don’t be afraid to ask anything.

do you only shoot females?

Here at New Moon Studios I believe in inclusivity. This is your safe space no matter race, gender, sexual orientation and so the list goes on. I also offer couple sessions, wedding/bridal, dudeoir, maternity, Content for those spicy sites and magazine publication for those who are looking for those types of things.

are you an all female staff?

I do host an all female staff. Your mental well being is always at the forefront of my thoughts.

Now with this being said, for my dudeoir (non nude) fellas that might be a little camera shy in front of several ladies, don’t worry. We can be one on one or I can even bring in my husband (who is also a photographer) to shoot with you.

How do i pay? Do you offer payment plans?

I take most e-pay companies, credit cards and cash. I myself love a good deal and being able to use payment plans. Life can seem expensive and I like to make art affordable and obtainable. YOU DESERVE TO TREAT YOURSELF. YOU are ART.

how long will it take to get my photos?

This is where it always feels like Christmas! I offer same day portrait reveal and ordering session. Now as far as completed edits, please allow 2-3 weeks for your digital images to be returned. I take pride in retouching each individual photo by hand. This is art to me and you deserve to feel like art. Speaking of editing, I will go over my editing procedure with you at your session reveal. You control how much editing to your body that I do. It is YOUR body.
